Talent Framework is proud of its standing as one of the first executive search firms to do business in Northern Nevada. Founded in 1979 by Marsha Flowers, Talent Framework has been serving the business communities of Nevada and beyond for 28 years.
Talent Framework has a rich history of involvement in the advancement of their business community. The company was once lauded by the community as being the foremost staffing company in Reno Nevada, and continues remains closely tied to community issues and the expansion of economic development in their area.
The company is owned and operated by Steve Conine. Since moving to Reno, Nevada in 1994, Steve has been a member of the Reno business community for over 13 years. He brings to Talent Framework a myriad of management and business experience from such renowned companies as Wal-Mart and Amazon.com.
Through our knowledgeable employees, and a national recruiting network, we can tap into a wealth of resources and a variety of innovative problem-solving and solution techniques.
