Trusted Advisor Program


We offer small to mid-size employers a unique alternative to having full-time human resource professionals on the payroll. Our certified, senior-level HR specialists are available to you when you need help managing sensitive employee issues, federal and state employment laws, training workshops, policies or handbook development, recruitment assistance, leadership coaching, turnover/retention analysis, organizational assessment, compensation studies or other people-related or performance-related challenges such as performance management, change management or opinion surveys.

Human Resource expertise and support is available at the rate of $125 per hour. We also offer discounted subscription services as described below:

Program Description Duration Cost
Level 1 Up to 15 hours HR services & unlimited phone support 3 months $1500
Level 2 Up to 30 hours HR services, unlimited telephone support, 4 hours of on-site training on topics of your choice 6 months $3000
Level 3 Up to 50 hours HR services, unlimited telephone support, 8 hours of on-site training on topics of your choice 12 months $5000
**Additional hours beyond subscription services are billed at $100 per hour.
