Designed specifically for mid –to- senior level professionals, we offer personalized coaching and support to assist individuals who have been impacted by organizational restructuring or those who are interested in mid-life career change, industry change or just wanting to re-energize their job search. Our program includes one-on-one private sessions with an experienced job coach. One size doesn’t fit anyone — so each session is customized to support the needs, goals, talent and experience of the individual.
We help you initiate a successful job search with these key ingredients:
- A powerful resume and cover letter
- A 2 minute description of your background & accomplishments (identifying the value proposition)
- A chronicle of success stories demonstrating your capabilities (collection of compelling stories that will set you apart from other applicants)
Career transition services provide up to 4 hours of personalized career coaching and preparation for just $250. Typically programs may include the following services:
- Discussion of career history, goals and objectives
- Exploration of career direction
- Identification of target industries and employers
- Resume preparation/review, tips and advice
- Optimizing the interview – coaching & preparation
